All our animals are pasture fed, and slow grown whilst they enhance and manage wildflower meadows, celtic rainforests, upland heath and peatlands. This creates meat which is nutrient dense, packed with Omega-3, deliciously marbled and allows you to enhance the environment whilst enjoying a damn good meal!
